Job Description
FINANCE OFFICER
Our client is an international service provider, operating in Albania for a decade now.
They are currently looking for a young and enthusiastic Finance Officer for their office in Tirana.
Role:
The Finance Officer is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support operations.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and coordination of monthly accounting records
Preparation of monthly balance sheet, P&L and other reports as required by management
Maintaining financial records and official documents, in line with legal and tax requirements
Preparing monthly payroll file, and ensuring timely payment of salaries and all social security and other dues respective to local authorities
Preparing and submitting all local filings with tax authorities or any other governmental agencies
Liaising with auditors and company executives and answering queries on financial based matters
Requirements:
University Diploma in Finance or related field
Min. 2 years experience in relevant position/ preferably with an international company
Good knowledge of Albanian tax legislation
Very good English language
Very good PC skills (MS Office- Excel, Word; accounting software)
Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and develop the job
