Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates the daily operations of the store like replenishment, delivery, orders, store coverage etc. making sure that set deadlines are met and the store is to its highest standards;
• Constantly improves the performance of the store in order to guarantee the success to the business and to achieve the sales objectives;
• Daily organizes the team and distributes the working hours according to the store priorities & sales budget;
• Provides highest level of customer service by being an example to his/her employees;
• Merchandises the store with the support of the visual merchandising;
• Constantly analyses and reacts to the sales results, product movements, competitors` activities and changes in customers` trends & behaviors;
• Participates in the recruitment, selection, training and development and evaluation of the staff;
• Understands and follows the Company policies & procedures
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of spoken English;
- Availability to work flexible hours;
- Good at numbers and having commercial awareness & analytical skills;
- Goal oriented, ability to identify problems and propose an effective solution;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- High level of ethics and honesty;
- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
