Digital Social Media Specialist
Purpose of Position
Design digital media campaigns according to business goals.
Main Task
Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. social media posts, website content, blogs, press releases, e-mail, newsletters, research papers and podcasts)
Plan, develop and execute end-to-end digital programs and campaigns including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media and mobile
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Product development and PR teams to ensure brand consistency
Leading ongoing management of digital touch points including social network accounts, website and mobile site and applications.
Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
Owning, maintaining and reporting site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting (ROI and KPI’s)
Suggest and implement new digital marketing methods to increase profitability
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers, offline and via social media to create a strong network
Regularly track and get insights into competitors' actions
Skills
Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Media, Communication
A minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing
In depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs are a must
Google AdWords’ and Analytics Certifications are optional
Extensive experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills a must
Excellent eye for details
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Proactive attitude
Excellent project management skills
Excellent Albanian and English skills, both written and oral
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Frame maker, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS are optional
Experience
Minimum of two up to five years of experience in online marketing;
Education
University Degree/Master Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication;
