Coca-Cola Bottling Shqiperia sh.p.k (CCBS) is aleading company in the
Albanian market of non-alcoholic refreshing drinks, withinternational
brands as Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Nestea, EFES.

CCBS is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
Sales Director
Job Purpose:
• Develops all sales activities in assigned market.
• Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the
achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company
vision and values.
• Establishes the sales plans and strategies to expand the customer
base in the sales area and contributes to the development of training
for all sales force.
Main duties:
• To lead and control the Sales team in order to ensure that policies,
procedures and activities meet CCBS’s short and long term business
objectives and comply with CCBS and TCCC standards.
• To contribute together with Marketing, to business planning to
develop the portfolio and channel plans, the yearly and monthly sales
budget.
• To establish with each sales manager realistic sales objectives for
the month and action plan.
• To monitor on regular basis, the achievement of sales volumes and
revenues versus the yearly budget, in order to suggest the corrective
actions.
• To maximize the merchandising efforts by seeing that units are
attractive and attention getting and use effective displays, and
select appropriate options and PoP materials.
• To maintain relationships with wholesalers by performing regular
market visits in order to investigate the operations and the
fulfillment of contractual agreements with a special focus on the
avoidance of transshipment.
• To maintain relationships with key accountants by performing regular
market visits in orderto favor the creation of additional business
opportunities
• To monitor the competitive environment in order to identify business
threats and opportunities in terms of existing and new clients.
• To prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings.
• To review the performance of sales force and to motivate and
stimulate them to even greater achievements.
• To offer coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation or
information they need in order to help the sales force to meet the
sales objectives
• To improve the sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and
product knowledge of sales force.
Skills andqualifications:
• University Degree in Economics for Marketing or Business Administration.
• Master degree in Business Administration would be considered an advantage.
• Relevant experience in a competitive FMCG environment and/or Trade
Marketing at least 5 years.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market
trend information.
• Very strong abilities to motivate and lead the sales team.
• Experience in developing the sales strategies.
• Strong skills in problem-solving
• Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be
considered an advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong team work
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
• Driving license
