We are looking for a dynamic Tour Operator & Group Sales for Phi Hotels to spearhead the company’s
expansion into the market. The ideal candidate should have had at least 1 year of sales experience in hotels
or travel, preferably selling to tour operator, groups, travel agents. The candidate should be comfortable with
new technologies and seeking wider and more challenging exposure, with an entrepreneurial mind-set.

Position Overview:
The Tour Operator & Group Sales is responsible for the sales of Phi Hotels to the clients. The role is very
sales centric and target driven - this includes qualifying, prospecting, contracting and on-going account
management. This is a target driven field sales role which will be educational as well as challenging, motivating
and rewarding for the right individual

Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in the Hotels Chain and/or Representation Company. The ideal candidate will be
currently working for one of the Group mentioned.
Skills:
• Very good communication skills with the ability to speak, read & write Italian and English fluently
• Attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other stakeholders
Familiar with day to day technology, internet, internet telephony, word processing software like Word,
Powerpoint etc
• Some exposure to travel & hotel technology
• Hotels activities knowledge
• Being a Hotel or Tourism Management graduate will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Develop & maintain a pipeline of clients for the Hotels of the Group
• Generate, review and analyse quality leads for business development
• Qualify prospects, contact them through phone calls, e-mails & visits
• Handle enquiries, create proposals and follow up to convert
• Develop long term relationships with mid-sized to large businesses with travel requirements
• Manage key accounts pro-actively
• Identify, shortlist, recommend and participate in corporate travel industry events and trade shows
• Record & Manage all sales activities in the Xenia CRM
• Provide feedback on products from prospects and clients as per company standards and processes
• Create proposal agreed with the Direction
• Maintain the contacts with TMC and Corporate clients
• Organise and control the site inspection
• Identify co-operative marketing activities with clients and manage budgets accordingly
Other:
• Location home based in the area of Tirana
• Standard hours are from 9 am to 6 pm - 5 days a week
