Job Description
Main responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate and manage all the administrative, contractual and operational aspects of purchase activities for a wide range of Marketing and Sales support materials.
• Activities include receivership of the purchase requests from relevant departments, contacts with suppliers, offers collections and selection, presentation of draft orders for approval.
• Follow up with the supplier the progress of the Purchase Order to ensure that all good services are released and fulfilled in quality and timely manner.
• Implementing a bidding process to purchase marketing materials and media; negotiates the best possible price.
• Keeps cost tracking for marketing materials and prepares various reports on marketing budgets spent.
• Undertakes regular researches and proposes new marketing materials and new suppliers in Albania and internationally.
• Works under supervision of the Administrative Director.
Skills and qualifications:
• University Degree in Economics for Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Purchasing department
• Previous experience in Marketing environment and/or Trade Marketing is consider an advantage.
• Previous work experience in international business companies or organizations demonstrating professional attitude and integrity;
• Two professional references
• Excellent knowledge of English (Italian knowledge would be considered an advantage)
• PC literate (Fluent with MS Office packages)
