TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA global leader in the costumer services, present in Albania with two
locations Tirana and Durres is looking for candidates for the following position:
Bilingual Recruiter for the Italian and English Language
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
Responsible for attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable
personnel to fill our job openings
Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter
candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers, etc
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the
selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
SKILLS REQUIRED:
University Degree
Fluency in both English and Italian language
At least 1 year of previous experience as a Recruiter
Usage of MS Office
Typing: 30 wpm
Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical Ability
Decision-Making
