Loyalty and Retention Specialist
Purpose of position:
A strategic retention specialist is accountable to provide analytical reports and statistics so as
to help understand customer behavior and/or identify: customers segments such as: protential
to churn, reduction of activity on terms of revenue generation, products purchase frequency,
amounts, rate/frequency of complaints etc.
Requirements of the position:
• University Degree
• Bussiness Coorporate Work Envoirement & Process Experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer data analysis and reports
• Strong communication skills, team work oriented, analytic, and organized
• Ability to analyze and interpret data; Knowledge of customer lifecycle
management techniques and their application
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
• Working overtime when needed
