Job Description
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target
clients
2.Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales
plan
3.Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
4.Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or
overall company target
5.Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business
opportunities
6.Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to
capture profitable business opportunity
7.To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and
potential client
Knowledge Skills Required:
1. 5 years (or plus) of experience in sales/business development
2. Proven track record of developing new businesses
3. Strong in client connection and client services
4. Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high
pressure
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
6. A passion for sales and a drive to succeed
7. University degree
8. Fluent in the relevant language (German and French)
