Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking an established Executive Assistant to CEO, on behalf of our client, a company operating successfully in services sector.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides a full administrative support to CEO.
Liaises with cross functional teams to co-ordinate meetings, gather information and understand urgency of tasks/meetings.
Supports with Information gathering, report generation, presentation preparation, meeting itineraries, hospitality & travel arrangements.
Ensures tasks are prioritized effectively and deadlines achieved.
Discretely handles sensitive and/or confidential information.
Maintains files, contracts, sensitive information, and typing, copying, faxing and other clerical duties.
Ensures effective administrative support to managers of the company
Profile Requirements:
University degree in English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant position; preferably with previous experience of working alongside Company Directors or high profile figures.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to determine priorities and perform projects efficiently.
Proactive, organized, multi task and effectively priorities
Customer service oriented in demeanor and attitude.
