Job Description
TELEPERFORMANCE ALBANIA worldwide leader in the contact center services, positioned
even in Albania is looking for:
a Purchasing Specialist in the Finance Department
Main duties:
The Purchasing Specialist main responsibility is:
Daily contact with local supplier for different requests
Manage the system D365 for PR/PO
Giving daily Reports to the director about the situation of orders
Helping the corporate colleagues with different projects
Purchase management for all areas (Operation, Marketing & Communication, Facility,
IT, Professional Services)
Support and management in case of new investments
Management of all suppliers
Management of outsourcing projects based on the requirements and requirements of
the Group's policies
Monitoring of purchase turnover
Manage all procedures using the Group - Global Procurement and Group direct
contracts
The maintenance of purchasing tools such as: Contracts, RFI, RFP etc
Maintenance and management of contracts vs suppliers (archiving)
In coordination with the Legal Department to establish contracts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economic
Preferred with knowledge of acquisition systems/ it is preferable to be experienced
in Dynamics
Excellent knowledge of English Language
Good knowledge of Italian Language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication e interpersonal skills
Integrity, analytical skills, solution-oriented
