Job Title: Branch Supervisor
Reports to: Customer Service Manager Department/Group:
Operations Type & Location: Full Time, movable in branches under supervision
Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall management of branch staff, including hiring / firing , performance evaluation and coaching
• Organise and execute training programs for branch personnel
• Recognise employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment
• Ensure branch layout, space setup and staff communication offer the best customer service in each branch under supervision
• Perform necessary internal controls and ad-hoc assessment related to credit files and process to ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures in each branch under supervision
• Implement sales plans to ensure that assigned objectives are met
• Conduct regular sales and operations branch meetings to ensure that branch staff are briefed and updated with institution sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
• Organise successful marketing activities and events for the branch as agreed with management
• Increase brand awareness for the company within the community
• Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
• Resolve customer problems and address customer requests as per procedures in force
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in force
• Assess market conditions and identify opportunities to propose management with necessary changes and/or new initiatives
• Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
• Adhering to high ethical and professional standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• University Diploma in Economy and financial related fields
• Proven working experience in Management
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases
PREFERRED SKILLS
Great written and oral communication skills ;
Proven knowledge of customer service practices, standards ;
High attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to direct and supervise ;
Driving license type B
