TCN is a system integrator operating in Albania and other Balkan
countries. Supply,
Implementation and maintenance of Air Traffic and Airport Systems is
an important business
line of TCN. In this context, TCN is enhancing its sales capabilities
looking for challenging and
ambitious professionals able to perform independently and efficiently
the given duties, in a local
and international environment.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the definition of the business
and sales plan of TCN.
• Manage business development and sales
activities.
• Identification and set-up of projects.
• Specific market studies and assessments.
• Supervision of staff.
• Build and maintain customer relations.
• Draft and review technical and/or comercial.
proposals about airport systems.
• Participate in working groups on international
level.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction reports and
provide detailed analysis and proposals/
advice for improved services.
• Project management skills.
• Bachelor degree, completed not latter then 2008 in:
A) Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering (preferred)
Economics.
B) Business Administration, or other related fields.
• MBA degree in a relevant area or equivalent
professional experience (preferred).
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
Working experience in English (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years in technology systems sales at
similar areas.
• Strong knowledge of sales management processes
and mechanisms, especially in a International context.
• Very good interpersonal, communication, persuasion
and documentation skills/ Organizational, systematic
and multitask capabilities.
• Availability to frequent international travel.
