Rogner Hotel Europapark has job opportunity for Reservations Assistant
Coordinator
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure guest rooms are sold in a manner which maximizes guest
satisfaction, hotel occupancy and revenue. Actively selling the hotel
and its services, always looking for new opportunities.
• Fully understand, develop and improve all reservations procedures.
• Responsible for handling all bookings and other requests related to
reservations while assisting with all departmental administrative
duties.
• The main focus will be to maximize occupancy and revenue by applying
the correct yield management concepts while ensuring immediate guest
and customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standard set out
by the department.
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
• Preferably experience in the requested position or similar
Abilities:
• The ideal candidate would enjoy leading and developing associates,
being able to work under time pressure, be detail oriented and have a
passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
