Duties
Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software.
Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
On site and remote support according to specific case.
Should be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction.
Skills
Knowledge of Windows based operating systems, server configuration, and integration
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with manager and teammates during periods of high stress and tight deadlines;
Ability to multitask and work effectively, both independently and in teams, ensuring timely completion of assignments and meeting established quality standards;
Experience
Troubleshooting hardware issues and network components
Education
Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field
