Receptionist/ Junior Researcher

Due to our business expansion, we are looking for the right Receptionist/Junior Researcher to complement and support our vibrant, dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Administrative and front desk reception duties-
Responsible for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions
Maintain and update candidate and client database
Prepare, post and update online job descriptions
Pre-screen candidates for consultants/partners
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Meet and greet candidates; maintain the reception area
Manage social media
Research-
Review all incoming resumes through job postings
Assist recruiters in managing internal and external job postings
Contact candidates that have had a prior relationship with Dynamics Partners
Candidate Searches - running searches on candidates for active, open jobs that we have in an effort to make matches
Source marketing leads from job board ads
Relationship with third parties
Profile Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business/ business informatics or related areas
1-2 years relevant work experience; prior experience in HR/ recruiting or similar is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian and English; any other language is considered a plus
Strong PC skills
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Excellent phone etiquette, neat appearance
Strong knowledge and experience working on social networks, Facebook, Google + and LinkedIn
Multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to think “outside of the box”; must have a curious nature in obtaining information
Very good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
40 Working Hours/week: 9.00 – 18.00, Monday to Friday
