Job Description
Albanian Distribution & Development (ADD) imports and distributes
exclusively in Albania well known brands like RedBull, Rauch, Acqua
Panna & S.Pellegrino, Vodka: Russian Standard, Aurora, Imperia,
Heineken C&EE (Gösser, Zipfer, Schlossgold, Edelweiss, Moretti),
Kimberly-Clark, Kleenex, Vileda, Werner-Mertz.
Vacant Position: Executive Assistant
Qualifications/Requests:
• University Degree, preferably Business Major
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Write, speak and read English fluently (Italian and German provide
an advantage)
• Advanced Knowledge on Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point,
Windows, Outlook), Internet Explorer.
• Very good communication skills
• Very good managerial and organizational skills
• Very motivated and enthusiastic at work
• Team player
• Deal with complex problems and provide rational solutions
• Work under pressure
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to his/her superiors
• Manage and organize meetings
• Prepare periodic reports
• Deal with employees’ needs and problems
• Keep track of employees’ absences
• Build a potential employees’ CV database
• Manage the employees’ recruitment process
• Provide support to the Marketing Department in managing the
procurement process
• Record and keep track of all company-related expenses
• Assist his/her superiors with all incoming or outgoing calls.
