Job Description
The Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) AG is a joint venture company established with the purpose of planning, developing and building the TAP natural gas pipeline. TAP’s shareholding is comprised of BP (20%), SNAM (20%), SOCAR (20%), Fluxys (19%), Enagás (16%) and Axpo (5%).

The intention of the TAP Internship Programme is to build a talent pipeline for the Albanian Oil & Gas Industry.
This is an opportunity to have first hands-on exposure to a real time project in key functional areas, working with international experts and building your career network. A positive Internship Programme experience can pave the way to a successful career.
Internship positions offered are as:
Cost Controlling /Finance Intern
Pipeline Delivery Intern
HSE Intern
Stakeholders Team Intern
Land Management Intern
Project Controls Intern
Corporate Social Responsibility Intern
Qualification Requirements for successful candidates:
The following eligibility requirements apply to TAP internship programme:
Candidates must be a bachelor graduate (undergraduate studies complete), or currently a Master’s degree student not older than 26 years of age.
Candidates should be graduated or enrolled in study programs related to the internship opportunities available at TAP at the commencement of every internship application process.
Candidates should have completed their studies at or be currently enrolled by a university operating in Albania.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Albanian and must be able to work in both languages.
Candidates must be computer literate in standard software applications.
Candidates must be able to provide commitment to the Internship program on a part-time basis for a period of four continuous months of at least 21⁄2 days a week (20 hours/week).
Selection of Candidates
The following eligibility requirements apply to TAP internship programme:
TAP expects to have a considerable number of applicants for the internships.
Candidates who meet the entrance qualification criteria are eligible and encouraged to apply by submitting their full application and supporting documentation.
To be considered, an application shall include the following:
Specification of the internship discipline for which the application is submitted for (only one position per applicant is allowed).
A letter of motivation of not more than 250-300 words, starting applicant’s motivation, qualification (scholastic and extra-curricular activities) for role applied for, expectations from the TAP
Internship and how he/she identifies with the internship’s goal.
Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (with passport photo)
Two personal reference letters
The above mentioned documents, all to be completed in English.
Deadline for submission of applications is June, 5th 2017
