FIND SHPK is an online marketing services company, specialized in promoting the brand http://www.betadvisor.com . With its seats in England and Italy, with more than 50 employees, our group operates successfully since five years in the area of sports betting. Following its policy to expand its activity even in Albania, Find sh.p.k is looking for an Office Manager.
If you have 1-4 years' experience as an Office Manager and Admin, have tons of energy, can work well in a fast-paced environment, and have experience managing office supplies, working with vendors and planning events, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing
- Keep our office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Order and keep supplies in stock, work with vendors, and event planning as needed
- Ensure facilities are clean, organized safe for all employees
- Administrative tasks as needed- answering phones, scheduling meetings, booking flights, etc
- Analyze current office expenditures and come up with creative solutions to save money!
What You Need for this Position
At Least 1-2 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Office management (for large or small company)
- Customer Service
- Internal employee communications
- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Outlook
- Events planning and coordination
- General Administrative duties
