Background
TCN is a system integrator operating in Albania and other Balkan countries. Supply, Implementation and maintenance of Air Traffic and Airport Systems is an important business line of TCN. In this context, TCN is enhancing its marketing capabilities looking for challenging and ambitious professionals able to perform independently and efficiently the given duties, in a local and international environment.

• Domain 1: Communication and PR Manager
• Nationality: Albanian or Other
• Contract: 1-2 year with automatic extension or “no time limit” possibility
• Operational language: English
Major Duties & Responsibilities: PR-C Manager expertise shall use company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance TCN identity across marketing and public relations channels. He/she shall also be responsible for staying up to date on industry trends specially on air traffic control, defense and security systems.
Mainly a PR-C Manager should:
• Coordinate TCN's public relations activities
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, and budget
• Build and maintain customer relations
• Manage TCN internal/external communications
• Organize and manage, workshops, trade shows or similar events
• Develop press releases and other company profile documents
• Develop, maintain and refresh web pages of TCN and affiliates
• Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree, completed not latter then 2010 in:
English Language, Marketing, Communication, Economy or Business Administration, Social Sciences or other related fields
• MBA degree in a relevant area or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written. Working experience in English (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years at similar areas
• Strong knowledge of PR management processes and mechanisms, especially in an International context
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian.
• Very good interpersonal, communication, persuasion and documentation skills/ Organizational, systematic and multitask capabilities
• Availability to frequent international travel
• Process Management skills
