Because we are extending the team in Tirana, we have more than one opening as Sales Representative.
We are looking for people who enjoy communicating, who are fluent in English and are able to learn fast how to be a successful business professional.
Description of responsibilities:
As Sales Representative you will be contacting potential clients on the phone and sell attendees places for our conferences.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential delegates to closing the deal, including negotiating the conference fees
- Build strong, profitable business relationships and ensure sales targets achievement
- Follow up on brochure requests or other enquires
- Use the event’s description, benefits and values to develop efficient pitching strategies
- Develop, manage and sustain sales pipelines

Requirements:
No previous experience in a similar position is required
However, sales and call center experience are an advantage
The position is also suitable for fresh graduates
- English language – fluent (mandatory)
