Duties
· Managing projects, leading cross functional teams across Marketing, Finance IT, technology and customer service functions
· Develops and delivers the retention and base management strategy supporting the business to deliver the targets
· BI and Analytics monitoring and reporting and market intelligence (research plans, customer modelling).
Skills
· Understanding of Telecom market and products and services
· Understanding behavior of consumers, and generate actionable customer insights
· Good understanding of technology, quantitative techniques – mathematical and statistical
· Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues;
· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
· Strong understanding of data analytics and problem solving capability;
· Passionate about excellent Customer Experience.
Experience
· 5+ years relevant experience in Customer Value Management and managerial positions
Education
· Bachelor Degree
