Job Description
Atlas sh.a. is the leading wheat mill in Albania based in the
outskirts of Tirana with an installed and operable capacity of 300
tns/day of soft wheat producing a variety of flours and flour
products. The mill is fully computerized and among the most advanced
technologically worldwide.
Position Requirements:
• Reporting to the Head of the Firm, the right incumbent will assist
in all secretarial and administrative support functions cooperating
closely with colleagues.
• Performs professional secretarial work involving the incoming and
outgoing protocol, compilation and updating of ledgers.
• Provides effective reception services and handle incoming telephone
calls. Performs routine administrative tasks and handles ad hoc
requested projects/responsibilities based on company needs.
• Telephone Centre Responsibilities: Administers Mail /courier
services, Invoice Control, Secretarial Support, Corporate
responsibility.
• Records all contracts and keeps track of them and all relevant
supporting documentation.
Candidate profile:
• Professional integrity and attention to detail.
• University Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in spoken & written English (and Greek not obligatory).
• Knowledge of Italian will be appreciated.
• MS Office expert user.
• Excellent organizing & very good communication skills.
