Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be under the direct supervision of the Head of Sales Department and will perform the following duties:
• Assists in screening of incoming and outgoing information and sales figures;
• Acts as secretary to the Head of the Department when necessary; Drafts official documents, e-mails and other sales and financial communications;
• Co-ordinates with other Departments, including Procurement and Logistics and Finance Department ensuring a smooth transaction of all sales activities;
• Maintains regular contact with all current customers and assists in identifying potential new customers;
• Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
• Completed university education; formal education in sales and/or marketing or other related field desirable;
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience; experience in sales and in a dynamic working environment;
• Experience in handling export practices and sound co-ordination skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Albanian;
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer care oriented personality;
• Experience and ability to work under pressure and within limited timeframes;
• Good negotiation skills, ability to work independently and with minimum supervision is of paramount importance;
• Ability to operate all Microsoft Office applications, including word processing and e-mail;
• Ability and willingness to work with people of different management levels and backrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
