EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a Multinational experienced hair transplant company with Head Office based in London and Clinic located in Istanbul, is currently recruiting Contact Center Supervisor.
Major Responsibilities:
• Set and lead by example, the Company values, the Customer principles and the Code of Business Conduct;
• Carry out risk assessments and set action plans, ensuring an effective and cost effective resolution;
• Implement, change, manage risks and impact and monitor results;
• Encourage and support his team coaching & guiding them;
• Maximize overall sales and revenue and guide the team to reach all targets and objectives;
• Act as an ambassador for the business all time, delivering an exceptional level of service to all the customers.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in sales and team management and proven track record in evaluating and building new business;
• Excellence knowledge of English & Italian; (MUST)
• Customer Service Oriented, Targets/Results Oriented;
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills;
• Integrity, proactive, positive and honest.
