EPPC Albania is currently recruiting an Administrative Specialist for its client, an international company.
The Role
The Administrative Specialist is in charge of creating and maintaining a single repository of all the key elements that enable a smooth relationship with the different producers and distributors. In order to achieve this, the administrative specialist will be in direct contact with the producer or customer.
Key accountabilities
• Supporting the definition of the key information dimensions required to enable a smooth operation of the business. This includes, but it’s not limited to:
o Producer: logistics (e.g. palletisation scheme), product (e.g. label dimensions)
o Logistics: export procedures by country (e.g. documents required to import)
o Commercial: customer (e.g. value chain)
• Interacting directly with producers and customers to collect, update and maintain all the required information
• Work closely with the commercial and finance team to ensure all requirements are managed proactively and in a timely manner
• Support the commercial team to coordinate meetings, events, presentations
Knowledge and experience required
• Academic background: Economics, Business Administration
• Experience:
o Proved experience in interacting with customers, suppliers
o Experience (knowledge) on at least one of the following areas:
Logistics and exports / imports
Financial planning / reporting
Experience in managing quantitative data
Key competencies:
Required:
• Advanced English
• Advanced MS Office (mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
Desired:
• Database management
