Assist Digital Tirana is looking for Business Manager for our Traveling Operations CRM area

We are a multinational Group present in several countries (Italy, Germany, UK, Croatia, Albania, Tunisia), which operates in the fields of digital technological services and customer care, specialized in the creation of Contact Managements solutions.
Job overview
The role is concerned with overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensure that the activity is on track to meet the financial goals, developing and implementing budgets, preparation of the reports for senior management and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Terms and Conditions
• Full time contract
• Open to traveling and relocation
• Salary commensurate with the experience and knowledge higher than the reference market
Main activities
• Supervise employees and provide insight to improve efficiency
• Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
• Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
• Solve customer needs and concerns through innovations
• Implement recommendations to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications and skills
• Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented and organized leadership
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
• Strong aptitude for numbers
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Extensive knowledge of industry preferred
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian language (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of German or Greek language is a plus
