Sheraton Tirana Hotel is opened on September 2003 as the first and only five stars hotel in Albania. The hotel is located right in the middle of a green oasis near the National Park and Artificial Lake, just a few minutes from the capital center and became the business ultimate destination & entertainment center.
With its 151 guest rooms, the bar, the restaurant offering local and international cuisine, the club lounge, the main ballroom one of the largest in the city, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, health club, Shopping Arcade including a variety of 30 shops, and Plaza Food Court.

Position title: Learning & Development Manager in charge of H&S
Key pillars:
To administer and co-ordinate all training that is carried out by the Hotel as per the Annual Training Calendar, to deliver corporate trainings; Health & safety trainings and others as required. Also identifies training needs and develops cost effective training initiatives to achieve the hotel's goals, and ensures standards and procedures are constantly applied.
In conjunction with General Manager and other Department Heads the person in charge of Health & Safety is responsible for organizing, planning and coordinating the activities of the hotel regarding the Health and Safety as related to safety, security of the guests and associates.
The ideal candidate for this role is efficient, enjoys leading and developing associates, and has a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills together with a strong sense of Leadership.
Job knowledge/skills:
1. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
2. Sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
3. Displays strong skills in effective planning, organization and team motivation.
4. Knowledge of safety at work activities
5. Competent in use of Microsoft office programs.
6. Able to work with all levels of associates.
7. Hold Trainer certificate.
8. Fluent in Albanian and High proficiency in English.
9. Excellent written, spoken and translation skills.
10. Knowledge of varied training systems.
11. Knowledge of safety at work activities
12. Ensures hotel guests and all employees feel safe and secure within the hotel environment at all times.
Education:
University degree and above.
Experience required:
Must have at least 2 years relevant training experience (essential)
Must be able to show previous delivery and execution of business based projects.
Hotel Systems Support and Operating Department Experience, (Minimum 2 years).
