ALMAKO Albania is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events for ALMAKO clients
• Interact and manage the relationship with clients
• Co-ordinate project-based work
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents file and retrieve documents or reference materials
• Translate and assemble offers to prepare for existing and/or new clients
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Skills needed:
• Fluency in written and spoken German (min B1 level), English will be considered an asset
• Good analytical abilities and writing skills
• University degree, ideally in economic branch
• Preferably experience with various tasks related with translation, interpretation, sales & marketing
Previous experience in German speaking countries is considered an asset
• At least 1-2 years of previous work experience
• Ability to work within a team and individually
• Strong typing skills and Computer (PC) literacy mandatory
• Attention to details
• Effective time management
• Energy and willingness
