Job Description
PURPOSE
The general manager is in charge of the development and the global strategy of the brand onto its own networks and the franchisees. He/she lead the commercial/ HR/ marketing policies with the General Management and the functional departments. He/ she also implement the financial strategy of the brand and ensure the economic performance. He/she is an ambassador of the firm.
MAJOR MISSIONS
OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT
Operational management:
• Participate in the improvement of the global strategy
• Ensure the respect of the instructions given by the bibles and the product datasheets.
• Promote and coordinate the development of the brand itself and of the franchisees Search of new establishment projects with the operating manager
• Coordinate and supervise the openings of franchisees
• Develop the product sourcing with the purchase service
• Ensure the loyalty of the customers
• Set up partnerships
Administrative management:
• Elaborate the budgetary objectives, the analysis of operating accounts and suggests improvements and precise action plans with Plant managers.
• Define the strategy to adopt with the marketing and commercial services (head office)
• Ensure a permanent monitoring in terms of innovation
HUMAN RESSOURCES
• Guarantee the respect of social rights
• Coach the management team of all the establishments
• Shows exemplarity, every day, by transmitting group values to all employees
PROFILE
Experience
Former successful experiences as a multi-site manager and in franchisees development are required
Skills
• Fluent English and French
• Leadership, good management skills
• Excellent reactivity
• Enthusiasm, ease in public
• Entrepreneurial spirit
