Kesson Group Albania is currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.
Job Position: IT Project Manager
Job Location: Tirana, Albania
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Project Manager has overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and completion of projects. This position takes ownership of day-to-day activities related to the implementation process and guiding customer tasks at hand. The Project Manager is highly adept at fostering and maintaining relationships with customers and with cross functional teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end implementation process, assume responsibility for timely project completion, issue identification/resolution, and project delivery while ensuring that the customer understands the status of the project throughout all phases of implementation
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to develop project plans that are aligned with customer requirements
Assist with delivery of the system design and determine system/ operational gaps
Identify project exposures and mitigate project risks
Meet with stakeholders to define project requirements, identify project needs, and evaluate business solutions
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, the project team and cross-functional departments to ensure that all project requirements and milestones are understood and delivered per the project plan
Set and manage expectations, act as the primary point of contact during the implementation process
Coordinate resources (on-site and remote) to ensure customer and company objectives are met
Present weekly project status reports and review and manage the issue log
Review wrap-up reports required for the next steps of implementation process
Other Services related job duties as assigned
Requirements:
3+ years of Project Management experience, including demonstrated ability to execute projects from the requirements gathering phase to deployment
Experience implementing enterprise-wide, multi-site software solutions
Knowledge of requirements solicitation, application development, logical and physical database design and networking
Knowledge of software development methodologies including waterfall and agile
Able to manage a change management process and effectively communicates project changes, builds commitment and overcomes resistance, prepares and supports those affected by change
Proven track record of working with different functional groups to drive the creation and usage of business systems and processes in a rapidly growing environment
Excellent communication and consultative skills; able to build strong relationships with business users, team members and service providers
Degree or Diploma in a related field (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Sciences) or equivalent experience
