• To assure through direct cost management store profitability
• To control the store costs
• To supervise the ordering process
• Stock management and taking important decision on stock control. Is
responsible for stock differences in routine controls and inventories
• To manage through FIFO method assortment positioning in shelves
• To respect the planograms designated from the respective departments
• To be involved in discussion with clients and to supervise the
customer service as a important process
• Presentation right on time and in most optimal conditions the
• Cash movement responsibility.
• To defend the company interests and to support the customer issues
• Motivate, support and train store staff
• Staff management, organize work shift for store personnel
• Collaborative and communicative with all other departments in order
to follow up all store issues
• University Degree could be an asset
• 2 years working experience in similar field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to situations and different/multicultural environments
