Job Description
FIND sh.p.k is an online marketing services company, with 60 full time employees, specializing in promoting the brand http://www.betadvisor.com . With operations in the United Kingdom and Italy, our group has been operating successfully in the area of sports betting for five years. Following our decision to expand operations to Albania, Find sh.p.k is looking for a Call Centre Agents who will work full-time at the headquarters of the company based in Tirana, Albania.
Our fast track in-house leadership program will provide the right individuals with full knowledge of our products. With a great location, this call centre is filled with passionate, creative, and energetic people. You will work hard, learn, grow and best of all, have a lot of fun in the process.
Responsibilities
1) Outbound calling to follow up on customer’s enrolment
2) Validating and updating customer accounts
3) Retaining and Re-enrolling customers
4) Maintaining updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards of the Betadvisor Company.
5) Maintaining call quality by providing customers with accurate information in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
- Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
- Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills
- Strong sales and phone skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced workplace and a demanding work environment
- Flexible working hours
- Call Centre experience is needed with preference given to candidates with sales
experience
- Must be excellent in English and fluency in more than one language would be an
asset (French/Spanish/Italian)
