Main Duties

Answers the telephone and/or two-way radio in a courteous and timely manner.
Attentively listens and notes callers' questions and requests.
Directs calls to appropriate personnel for assistance.
Records messages accurately and legibly according to established practices.
Forwards messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Acknowledges and responds to all visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
Uses sound judgment and knowledge of organization/departmental policies, procedures and operations to respond to routine questions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
English knowledge is mandatory.
Positive, friendly and team spirit attitude
Problems solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills
