Main Duties

Diagnose & Repair PC’s SW/HW performance problems.
Install & Maintain Desktops, Printers, Scanners, AP, Telephones and Scales.
Monitor & Repair Network HW problems
Maintain windows clients & and specific user applications
Train users to proper use and understand IT equipment
Provide on-site technical support and assistance.
Proactive monitoring and solution recommendation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering as minimal educational criterion. Additional training and certification in specialized degrees of technology is a plus.
English knowledge is mandatory.
Practical knowledge in computer systems (HW/SW)
Good knowledge of Windows Systems.
Basic understanding of networking
Positive, friendly and team spirit attitude
Problems solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, takes decisions on efficient way.
Excellent communication skills to properly communicate instruction and troubleshooting processes for internal users
Driving license Class B
